Rue Collinge is an award-winning poet and community artist in North-East England. She won the Disabled Poets Prize 2025 for her pamphlet ‘How to Train your Dragon’ - a raw and irreverent journey through life with disability.
Rue performs, writes, and facilitates creative workshops. You may have heard her on the radio or caught her live, or been part of her numerous residencies. She is a fierce advocate of the arts’ potential for change, and a champion of every person's right to be heard.
